How do I place an order?

You make a grocery list by exploring your preferred retailers which are found on the 'Stores' page.​ Click on the logos and it will take you to the desired online store. For local stores which lack elaborate sites, grocery lists can be made by  calling store's telephone and they will be happy to assist. Once list and budget are established, Delivery central is informed and items are delivered to your door.

 
 
Payment and Shipping

 

For first 12 items, a cost of $8.99 is charged. Extra items will then incur an additional cost of $0.40 each. For destinations outside of 7 km radius, there is an extra charge of $5.00. If service delivery is required in less than 2 hours, there is an additional charge.

 
 
Secure Ordering & Payment Options

 

Payment will be made by Cash or check on receipt of delivery items at the door. This is subject to change depending on if you are contacting the store directly, this is more applicable to the small local stores, in this case credit/debit cards are accepted. Delivery Central is not directly affiliated with any of the main chain retail stores.

 
 
Returns & Refunds
 

A return fee of $10.00 will be charged when order has been made an hour prior and is no longer desired.

In the absence of someone to receive delivery at customer's location, a second attempt is made which will cost a fee of $10.00. This is in the event that customer is unreachable during the hour of scheduled delivery.
